MSA Security Enters Strategic Partnership with Jeffrey Miller Consulting, LLC

NEW YORK, Nov. 15, 2017 — MSA Security (“MSA”), a global high consequence threat security firm, today announced a strategic partnership with Jeffrey Miller Consulting, LLC (“Jeffrey Miller Consulting”).

Mr. Miller, who is leaving his role as Senior Vice President at MSA Security to initiate this new venture, will specialize in risk and vulnerability assessments, and game integrity consultation—perfectly complementing the suite of holistic security solutions offered by MSA. What's more, the alliance will further the missions of both firms to ensure safety and fairness within the sports and entertainment industry.

For 30 years, MSA Security has provided multi-layered security solutions—including explosive detection canine teams, SmartTech®, Protective Services and MSA Intelligence—to enterprise-level venues, such as stadiums, entertainment centers, outdoor arenas and a host of other environments. This strategic partnership will support MSA Security with providing for the safety and protection of an even greater number of public venues.

“With the ever-evolving threat landscape, MSA's focus on ensuring public safety at large events like concerts and football games remains critical,” said Glen Kucera, President of MSA Security.  “A great deal of the focus for Jeffrey Miller Consulting aligns with these initiatives. Jeff's firm will help large venues understand their own risks and vulnerabilities, and MSA offers solutions to address those areas.”

“We first developed a productive relationship with Jeff when he was our client at the NFL,” continued Mr. Kucera. “That relationship grew more productive when Jeff became a Senior Vice President at MSA. Today, we look forward to further expanding that relationship with this strategic partnership. We anticipate that MSA's holistic security approach, combined with Jeff's unparalleled expertise in sports and entertainment security, will provide the highest standard threat security for our clients.”

“Jeffrey Miller Consulting will specialize in the sports and entertainment industry,” said Jeffrey Miller, CEO and Founder of Jeffrey Miller Consulting. “Throughout my career I've been passionate about protecting the safety and integrity of this space. This strategic partnership will allow just that: through working with MSA, we can protect the physical space with the most effective security solutions in the industry. Through the Jeffrey Miller Consulting venture, I can help to ensure the purity and integrity of sports at the national and collegiate levels. This is a win-win for everyone involved.”

The strategic partnership between MSA Security and Jeffrey Miller Consulting is set to take effect as of December 1, 2017.
