New Castle County dignitaries, leaders, and community members came out to celebrate the historical groundbreaking of the first Senior Living community in the Middletown, DE area.
Neither rain nor wind could keep New Castle County locals from celebrating the historic groundbreaking of the first senior living community to be built in the area – Meadowcrest at Middletown. In addition to the partners, developers and architects on the project, over dozens of community members braved the rain to be a part of this historic moment, including Greg Stevens, President & CEO of Vantage Point Retirement Living, Principles Mark Quigley and Trupert Ortlieb of Signature Realty Advisors, and many local dignitaries including Senator Bruce Ennis, local council men & women, Chief of Police Robert Kracyla, Master Sergeant Scott Saunders, and over a dozen early depositors and future residents on Meadowcrest’s waitlist.
Beautiful, modern and in honor of the agricultural history of Middletown, Architectural firm Kimmel Bogrette designed Meadowcrest, with Horst Construction helming the build with over 120 years of construction experience. “Working on a project of this magnitude takes an incredible amount of talent and discipline.
