Companies based in Greater Nashville that are looking for custom training solutions now have a local resource to help them drive business results. Ardent Learning, a national leader in developing custom learning solutions, has opened a new office in the Meridian Cool Springs development in Franklin, Tennessee. The office will be home to 10 employees and is the second location for Ardent Learning.

With established clients in the area, selecting Nashville for its next regional office was the natural progression of the company’s plans for continued growth. Headquartered in Rochester, New York, and with employees across the country, the new Ardent Learning office provides geographic flexibility.

“We’re impressed by the sense of optimism in the business community here,” said Rich Fox, President and CEO of Ardent Learning. “We’ve been fortunate to work with one of the largest employers in the area, so we’ve seen the area grow and expand firsthand. We’re excited to be part of the growth and we’re looking forward to becoming more immersed in the community.”

For 25 years, companies have trusted Ardent Learning to build custom learning solutions that lead to measurable business results. In addition to its local experience, Ardent Learning has worked with a variety of Fortune 500 companies across the country and has a roster of clients that includes companies in life sciences, financial services, retail and automotive.

With that broad experience, the Ardent Learning team has established a unique offering. The company works closely with its clients to build a sustainable, holistic approach to learning with delivery methods that fit each organization. Members of the Ardent Learning team come from a variety of backgrounds, including corporate, consulting, teaching, training and creative design. This pool of experience sets the company apart.

“We’ve walked in our customers’ shoes, and we feel it leads to more effective programs,” Fox said. “We understand the challenges that organizations face when it is time to develop and implement a learning program. Our goal is to help our clients achieve their business objectives and we have a tenacity for building programs that do just that.”

About the Author: Carrie Brunner

Carrie Brunner grew up in a small town in northern New Brunswick. She studied chemistry in college, graduated, and married her husband one month later. They were then blessed with two baby boys within the first four years of marriage. Having babies gave their family a desire to return to the old paths – to nourish their family with traditional, homegrown foods; rid their home of toxic chemicals and petroleum products; and give their boys a chance to know a simple, sustainable way of life. They are currently building a homestead from scratch on two little acres in central Texas. There’s a lot to be done to become somewhat self-sufficient, but they are debt-free and get to spend their days living this simple, good life together with their five young children. Carrie writes mostly on provincial stories.
