Marlene Moore, Pechanga Resort & Casino
Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Pechanga Resort & Casino Chef, Marlene Moore, commands the kitchen at Temptations Food Court Kitchen, one of the resort’s numerous on-property restaurants.
